Glossary
Ethereum
A blockchain designed to run programs, not just record payments.
Ethereum extends the ledger idea with a virtual machine, so code deployed to the network runs exactly as written and anyone can verify the result. Most stablecoins, lending markets and token standards were built there first. Its native asset, ether, pays for that computation.
